Differences from archaeology

From June 6th (Thu) to 8th (Sat), I joined in the 53th Starch Round Table. At this meeting, I had a talk "Things to be interpreted by starch granules extracted from archaeological materials".

I attended this kind of meetings for the first time, but for me as a researcher studying archaeology and scientific studies on cultural properties, this was a good opportunity that I got various thinkings.





In the evenings between 6th and 7th, I enjoyed fresh seafood in Ito city, Shizuoka, as well.
