On Friday 3rd, I attended at a meeting in Research Institute for Humanity and Nature, and on Satuday 4th, I joined in a seminar in Nara National Research Institute for Cultural Properties.
The meeting on 3rd was a plenary session of "Agriculture and Environment Intereactions in Eurasia Past, Present and Future -A ten-thousand-year history-". I presented my recent results as my topic "what can we interpret by starch analysis?" at this meeting.
At the seminar on 4th, archaologists from northwestern USA, who went to Jomon sites in Hokuriku area together with me (see April 1), presented their excavation results.
Within this week, I was able to get various research information in different places.
