In this month, I'm conducting starch residue analyses from Saturdays to Mondays. Until yesterday, I looked at residue samples taken from artefacts at the Nishitaragasako and Mizusako sites. The results will be published some other time.
During these analyses, I made modern reference collection of Trichosanthes sp. (Kikarasuuri) and Apios sp. (America Hodoimo) provided in the end of last year.
