Pentagonal starch

I gradually build up more cases to extract pentagonal starch granules from archaeological artefacts. A starch granule of the following photos was extracted from a sampled stone tool at the Mukai-samada A site in Kitaakita city.

In my former analyses, I assumed these candidate species could be walnut Juglans ailanthifolia Carrière, based on their morphological features such as shapes, sizes, and shapes of extinction croses. What can I suggest any candidate species of this starch? I'm starting to think about that.
