Sago starch

Just today, modern starch samples of sago (Metroxylon sagu and others) were provided for my study. I will examine them to compare with starch granules extracted from ritual pottery in Papua New Guinea last year.

I'm not able to collect this kind of samples myself, and so they are very helpful. I appreciate it.
