For Whom Archaelogists Study

On January 24th, I went to join in the seminar held in Kanazawa.

The topic of this seminar was "SAYONARA, MAIBUN - Rethinking of 'MAIBUN'". Speakers emphasised we need to think about our future systems in Japanese archaeology.

For me working at the museum, these presentations were very interesting. Some researchers tend to focus just only their research impacts to the public as social contributions. But we may rethink for whom our research information is used once again.

Indeed, I was very stimulated with this seminar.
