On January 30th (Mon) and 31st (Tue), we went to Miyazaki Prefecture as our museum work.On 30th (Mon), we interviewed officers about digitization of museum collections, management systems in Miyazaki Prefecture and others. Miyazaki Digital Museum
We met another researcher to talk about digitization of cultural heritages in Kyushu area. He showed us that historical studies and materials can contribute to local communities.
On 31st (Tue), we went to the Saitobaru Archaeological Museum of Miyazaki Prefecture. I met a research colleague at this museum after so long, and we discussed about various topics including museum exhibitions and my own research results.
