Meeting in Hokkaido

In Date city, Hokkaido, public lecture meeting was held on March 10 (Sun), and on March 11 (Mon), a relevant event was conducted by our research members. The lecture meeting was a part of our cooperative research project's final year meeting. Also, the only one replicated house of Ainu in 17 centuries was opened at the meeting. Many people joined in this meeting, and it showed their strong research interests.

These events were streamed through NHK News Hokkaido. These are just only in Japanese, but a movie of the lecture meeting is here, and another movie of the event is here.

This fiscal year is our final year of the project, and we published our excavation research report. I wrote a paper about reconstructing field crops by starch grains extracted from sediments.
