Lecture of starch "Todai Summer 2019 Course"

On August 7th (Wed), I conducted a mini lecture at Lecture Series "Todai Summer 2019 Course" (URL: just only in Japanese).


The total number of attendees were 39, and they included school students and adults.
This event comprised of 30-minutes mini lecture and 30-minutes gallery talk, but all of participants enjoyed my event. Especially, many people took memos about simple experiments of starch extraction using our familiar plants, and some students said "we will conduct these experiments as their summer homework".


I'm thanking to all of participants and staffs of the Intermediateque. Taking photos and videos were limited during my lecture and talk, but the video taken by the Intermediateque will be available on the net and others later.
