On January 25 (Sat), I went to participate in the 38th NIHU symposium "Computer explores historical studies: What is Digital Humanities?" (URL: Japanese only),and attended the public symposium "Ainu and museums: From the viewpoint of cultural anthropology" (URL: Japanese only) on 26th (Sun).
The former symposium on 25th conducted the deep discussions about the uses of AI and how to connect with humanities studies, and the latter on 26th discussed about cultural anthropology in terms of museum exhibitions and other activities.
These reports will be shown on the official websites, and I got the current research trends of these academic fields.
