Today June 7 (Sun), the second volume of the "R/RStudio for archaeologists" online workshop was held. This was an application of the previous one.
- chi-square test
- t-test
- hypothesis varification by analysis of variance (ANOVA)
- principal component analysis (PCA)
- k-means cluster analysis
The slides will be available online (here). The next volume contains GIS study results using R.
As to me, at the past workshops I faced with some errors, but this time, my hands-on was clearly worked without any errors. I would like to apply these applications to my own research data.
